Excellent label
Entered No. 1594. There are a dozen Victorian registration lozenges on
the bases, dating the set to prior April 1852. These wooden boxes
survive better than the more expensive Carton Pierre caskets. It has
everything you want from an early set: right box; right label in good
condition; minimal restoration; and nicely carved, well-matched knights.
